About the courses and general warranty

Profectus Academy offers training to students who participate in the training session voluntarily out of their own interest. These courses are purely meant for imparting industry relevant skills and knowledge.  These courses are not approved by statutory authority nor are these courses to be treated as equivalent to or replacement for any recognized university program or any other professional courses.

 

Profectus Academy offers warranty that any course commenced shall be duly completed. No other warranty, either explicit or implied is offered and nor shall be inferred.

 

In case the firm fails to fulfill its obligation of completing the course except for on account of any force majeure event, the full fees paid by the participants shall be refunded. However, if the courses had to be discontinued on account of any force majeure events, then the firm shall try to complete the course at a later date. However, in case if that is not possible or participants would want to discontinue the course, then pro-rata fees shall be repaid.

Cancellation and refund policy

Unless any special terms and conditions are offered as part of any promotional activity, the following terms and conditions shall be applicable for all transaction carried out in this site or with Profectus Academy.

 

Cancellation and refund policy for classroom session

 

• Participants shall be refunded all the fees paid in case if they choose to cancel the registration at least four working days prior to the commencement of the course.

• In case if the registration is cancelled any time within four working days from the commencement of the training but before the commencement of the course, all the fees paid other than the registration fees shall be refunded

• In case if any student withdraws from the course after commencement of the program then the entire installment paid shall be forfeited

• In all the cases, any charges payable to bank or any payment gateway shall be borne by the participant

 

 

Cancellation and refund policy for online classes

 

• Participants shall be refunded all the fees paid in case if they choose to cancel the registration any time prior to the scheduled commencement of the course.

• In case if any student withdraws from the course after commencement of the program then the entire installment paid shall be forfeited

• In all the cases, any charges payable to bank or any payment gateway shall be borne by the participant
